Tidal Tops U.S. App Store After Landing Exclusive Rights To Kanye West’s New Album

After scoring exclusive streaming rights to Kanye West’s new album, The Life of Pablo, Tidal has taken over the number one spot on the U.S. App Store.

Kanye elected to let his most recent masterpiece The Life of Pablo to see a release exclusively on TIDAL. Following the exclusive releases from Rihanna and Beyoncé, Kanye adds to the exclusivity TIDAL is offering.

TIDAL is also said to be backing some of Kanye’s other ideas which may indicate a larger deal he has with the company.

Apple Music may not of killed TIDAL after all.
